Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia Holds Strategic Program Planning Meeting for 2026

Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia successfully conducted a Strategic Program Planning Meeting (Rapat Program Kerja / Proker) on January 14–15, 2026, as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening organizational alignment, performance, and sustainable growth.
Throughout the two days, the meeting functioned as a strategic forum to evaluate previous programs, consolidate the company’s vision and values, and finalize the implementation structure for programs planned for 2026.
The first day, held on Wednesday (09.00–17.00 WIB), focused on vision consolidation and strategic mapping. The agenda included an opening and ice-breaking session, reaffirmation of organizational vision and values, and a comprehensive evaluation of programs implemented in the previous year. These discussions enabled participants to identify key achievements, lessons learned, and areas requiring improvement.

The session continued with field needs mapping, ensuring that proposed programs were responsive to real operational challenges. In the afternoon, leaders from various divisions developed draft work programs, which were then presented and discussed collectively. The day concluded with a reflection and closing session, emphasizing shared responsibility and organizational learning.
On the second day, Thursday (09.00–14.00 WIB), the meeting shifted its focus to finalization and implementation structure. The agenda began with a review of outcomes from the first day, followed by the finalization of divisional programs. Each division clarified its timeline, person in charge (PIC), and execution strategy, ensuring clarity, accountability, and readiness for implementation.


The meeting also addressed monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, reinforcing the company’s commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvement. The forum concluded with a collective commitment session and a formal closing.
During the meeting, Endi Hendrianto, as CEO of Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia, emphasized that program planning was not merely an administrative process, but a strategic foundation for meaningful organizational impact.
“This program planning meeting was not simply about compiling activities for the year ahead. It was a comprehensive strategic process to align vision, values, and execution, ensuring that every program was purpose driven, measurable, and capable of generating sustainable impact for the organization and its stakeholders,” said Endi Hendrianto.

“It is a strategic moment to reflect, realign our vision, and ensure that every program we design truly responds to real needs both within the organization and in the field. Every division was responsible not only for execution, but also for impact. Clear timelines, accountable PICs, and measurable outcomes were essential if we want our programs to create real value,” they stated.
From a human capital perspective, Herny Gusbrava, HR Consultant, underscored the collective commitment built through the meeting.
