Capacity Building Training Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia - Value, Integrity, Tough, and Responsibility (VICTORY).

One of the human resource development carried out at PT Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia is by providing capacity building training, with the following assumptions. First, if the human resources of a company are less competent and only pay attention to basic things, it will hinder the development of a company which also affects the readiness for change. Second, professional human resource management starts from the process of recruitment, selection, job placement, training, up to career development and compensation, this can be done to improve the competence of human resources so as to improve their performance.

Third, Capacity Building is a process and effort in developing the abilities, skills, potential, and also the talents of each individual, in order to survive in handling changes that occur quickly and unexpectedly, this capacity building does not start from zero but from the ability of each individual that already exists, then will go through a learning process related to capacity building is expected to improve the quality of individuals, in order to survive in new environmental conditions.

In designing and implementing the capacity building training program at PT Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia, it refers to Grindel's capacity building theory and Allant Mayyer's organizational commitment theory.

Elyphsoft Teknologi Asia has organized Capacity Building, with the theme: "Synergy and Commitment in Building Victory Communication", January 19-21, 2024, at Horison Kertajati Hotel. It is undeniable that internal communication is the foundation and building block of an organizational culture. The existence of an organizational culture that has been upheld by its employees greatly supports the process of achieving the main objectives of the company itself.

In general, there are four functions of communication within a company, namely: a) informing; b) persuading; c) collaborating; and d) integrating with the audience. These four aspects certainly cannot run effectively if there are no indicators: value, integrity, tough, and responsibility (VICTORY).

The purpose of Capacity Building can be divided into 2 parts, namely:

1. In general, the emphasis is on realizing the sustainability of a system.
2. Specifically emphasized to realize good performance, which includes aspects:
   a) Efficiency in terms of time and resources needed to achieve an outcome;
   b) Effectiveness of achievement strategies carried out for the desired results;
   c) Responsiveness is how to synchronize between the needs and capabilities for this purpose;
   d) Learning that is indicated in the performance of individuals, groups, organizations and systems.
