The Project Manager at our contact center company plays a crucial role in overseeing and directing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.

Requirements :


Project Planning and Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed. This includes coordinating with various departments such as IT, operations, and human resources to secure necessary support.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure minimal impact on project outcomes.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenses and manage cost variances to maintain budget integrity.

Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring that project milestones are met. Implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and changes. Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Reporting: Generate detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Excellent in communication skills verbal and written (English).
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in application project management.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to create project documentation and report to stakeholder.
